Lang Lab Microscopy 2

For this exercise I chose to compare two specimens of coffee. The first is coffee that I brewed at home with a paper filter, the second is a cappuccino made at 'Joe Coffee' near Parsons. The reason I'm interested in looking at the coffee is because it's something that I consume a lot of it. The more you know…..   I'm curious to examine what the difference is in the outcome of the two different brewing methods.
